Advertise with CHEC!
New for this year is our full size (8.5 by 11), black and white CHEC Program Brochure ($45 – $200) which will offer affordable advertising for vendors who can’t attend or who would like to offer discounts for their products. Put a coupon in the brochure – this is a great way to get someone to visit your booth! Let our attendees know what great products and services you provide!
We have limited ad space and reserve the right to turn down advertising based on our conference’s values and needs.
If you would like to donate a Door Prize to CHEC, we will include your company in a Thank You page with your company’s name, web address, phone number, email and one sentence description of company’s offerings.
A browsing table is also available to place your own flyers, business cards, brochures etc. You may send up to 350 pieces. The cost is $25.00.
Ads must be sent in a pdf format, in the correct dimensions. Graphic design available for $35.00 per hour.
Deadline for conference brochure is May 28th. Ads must be paid in full for spot to be reserved.
After you pay for the ad you will get a confirmation letter with instructions on how to submit the advertising.
