CHEC BOOK BLAST!

Would you like to sell your used curriculum and books at the Book Blast?

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLING books, curriculum, enrichment items:

BOOK DROP-OFF TIMES AT Community Bible Church Atrium:

Wed.,  June 3   4:30 pm – 8:30 pm

Thurs.,  June 4   9:00 am – 7:00 pm

ALL SELLERS MUST REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE.  You can not drop off items, if you are not registered. It’s only $5/day or $10 for all 3 days. Register online at www.GoCHEC.org OR Register when you drop off your items in the Atrium.

~PICK UP UNSOLD ITEMS FROM 1:30 – 6:00 pm Friday and 10:00 – noon Saturday.  Items not picked up will become the property of CHEC. (We are working with Teaching Carolina to see if we can set up a Homeschool Curriculum Consignment Corner and have your unsold items delivered there after the Book Blast. We’ll have details available at the Book Drop-off, if that’s a go!)

~On outside of Book/Item, place a Small REMOVABLE 1” x 3” sticker with the following:

1. Your name
2. Name of Item or Book(s)
3. Grade level if appropriate
4. $ Price of Item

~If you are selling items as a Set (ie. Teacher’s Edition, Student Text, Test Key, etc.),   please secure all items together with 2 large rubberbands. List the items on a 3”x5” index card taped on the front cover of the top item.

~REMOVABLE stickers/labels can be purchased at Staples or WalMart. (Avery 5436 labels work well!)

The package will denote Removable versus Permanent.

~For Sale Proceeds, submit a Stamped Self-Addressed Envelope and a 3”x5” index card with your name, address & phone #.  You will receive your check in 1 – 2 weeks.

~Do not include any materials that would be offensive to our Christian attendees.

~We are not responsible for lost or unlabeled items.

~FREE Items – If you have any curriculum, books or teaching aids to donate, please bring them on

June 3 or 4. Your generous spirit will bless another.

~A 10% Processing fee will be charged for sales from non-CBCCA members.
